A soft pastel green background highlights the FABULOUS bachelor's button mini-carnation flower on this great Colclough set!  Detailed trim in gold, and in excellent condition.  Backstamp reads "Bone China A 56 I Colclough Made in England. A Product of Ridgway Potteries Ltd. PATT No 8252".  Probably circa 1970, when Ridgeway Potteries became a division of Royal Doulton.

The set is in great condition, no chips, cracks, wear or stains.  The gold trim appears to be in good condition on both pieces.  The set does not appear to have even been used.  The tea cup measures 2 3/4 inches tall and 3 1/4 inches across.  The saucer measues 5 1/2 inches across.  A wonderfully decorated set!
