DELIGHTFUL vintage AYNSLEY raised relief pattern with gold gilt Fleur de Lis pattern. The raised porcelain gives this beauty a unique look. The pattern is C985 in green stamp and was made during the mid 30's. The tea cup has a slight quad-foil scallop shape which makes it very appealing. The saucer is scalloped and has minor paint pin marks, and the center cup rest gold trim is worn off. The cup has minor flea bites, minor gold wear on the handle, and two flea bite chips on the rim. These issues that do not detract from the display quality of this fabulous piece. The tea cup is 3" high by 3 1/4" wide, and the saucer is 5 3/4" across.
