GORGEOUS PARAGON bone china tea cup and saucer in a pale yellow wash, made in England. This delightfuly art deco style piece carries the 30's air of Art Deco in its realistic floral bouquet and squared design. The flowers on the cup and on the saucer are not an exact match although the coloring and pattern markings are the same. It appears as though the artist was creating a dual floral design. The cup measures 3" high and 3 1/4" across. The saucer measures 5 1/2" across with a depth of approximately 1". The backstamp on this lovely piece suggests it was made in 1935. The pattern number is X2552 3 artist M. FABULOUS piece in very good condition with only slight fingertip wear on the cup top handle corner.
