GORGEOUS RARE Paragon hand painted and signed "To The Bride" white and yellow gardenias teacup accented with red and yellow.  Outstanding floral against a rare black background.  Wide mouth, scalloped, footed tea cup with raised thumb rest measures 4" across and 2 1/4" high.  The double backstamp indicates this beauty was made between 1938 and 1952.   "Paragon, By Appointment to H.M.The Queen and H.M. Queen Mary, Fine China England Reg."  The saucer is numbered 37768/.  Both pieces are trimmed in gold.  The orange red accent color is raised paint and you can feel the raised paint on the flower edges.  A FABULOUS SET of Paragon bone china!
