FABULOUS UI-MAIKAI pastel butter yellow with vibrant blue hibiscus HAWAIIAN SUN DRESS.  Ruched bodice sides and back, wide halter straps, empire waist, tie key-hole back, wide 3" hem, 100% cotton.  The ruching and elastic is good and tight everywhere except for the left side which has some stretch but is not as tight as the rest.  The dress is in very good condition, with no evident damage or discoloration.  There is a 3" hem which appears to have another 1 1/2" hem underneath, so if you needed to let down the 3" hem you would still have a finished hem. Accessories not included.  A WONDERFULLY BRIGHT and LIVELY HAWAIIAN Dress!
